Raw data related to the article “Molecular and parasitological evidence of Leishmania (Mundinia) martiniquensis infection in a horse from Brazil”

This dataset contains raw sequencing chromatograms (.ab1 files) generated from ITS-1 PCR products obtained directly from lymph node samples (LN_SAMPLE) and from the parasite isolate cultured from the same lymph node (LN_CULTURE) of a horse naturally infected with Leishmania (Mundinia) martiniquensis in Brazil. Consensus sequences derived from these data were deposited in GenBank® under accessions numbers PV992757 and PV992758.
