This dataset includes Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) measurements recorded at three outdoor worksites in Kuwait during the summer of 2024. Measurements were taken at 15-minute intervals over 48-hour periods and processed to derive hourly WBGT values. Using these data, ACGIH Threshold Limit Values (TLVs) for moderate and heavy workloads were applied to classify hourly exceedance of safe work-rest ratios. The dataset supports the evaluation of Kuwait’s national summer midday work ban, providing insight into the thermal burden experienced by outdoor workers.
