This data package contains dataset on prevalence rates of health conditions and diseases like obesity, diabetes and hearing loss and health risk factors for diseases like tobacco, alcohol and drug use.

This data package contains datasets on estimates of health risk and protection factors prevalence, prevalence of daily smoking by age and sex and the number of cigarettes per smoker per day, alcohol use prevalence estimates for any drinking by county, year, and sex for all states and counties, diabetes prevalence estimates by county and sex for the prevalence of diagnosed, undiagnosed, and total diabetes, hearing loss prevalence estimates on men and women, hypertension data by county, race, and sex for adults over 30 years of age and physical activity and obesity prevalence estimates by county and sex.
