Parameters used for KonD mathematical model simulation of variability of [Ca2+]i responses to caffeine for control condition (20 mM caffeine), lower caffeine (2 mM) and inhibited SERCA pump with thapsigargin.

All parameters values were the same as those obtained with 20mM caffeine-induced [Ca2+]i response except where indicated with bold letters. The description of parameters can be found in Supporting Information (S1 Text).
