VESPA ASL: VElocity and SPAtially Selective Arterial Spin Labeling

This repository contains the simulation code, in vivo data, preprocessing code, and analysis code used in the Magnetic Resonance in Medicine article titled "VESPA ASL: VElocity and SPAtially Selective Arterial Spin Labeling" (https://doi.org/10.1002/mrm.29159). The updated version of this repository (V2.0: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6870683) has an improved setup of command line and MATLAB paths, making it easier to re-run the preprocessing and analysis steps.
