Diffusion kurtosis MRI dataset

This dataset consists of diffusion kurtosis MRI using a fast kurtosis sequence (the 139 sequence) along with T1-weighted images from 44 MCI patients and 23 cognitively normal controls. T1-weighted images have been skull-stripped for anonymity.
DKI images are provided as separate nifti files, one per diffusion direction. The b-values and b-vectors are provided in text-files in the same folders as the images.
Demographics, including group identifiers, can be found in the demographics.csv file.
