Chimeric DH270 UCA antibodies containing these CDRH3 loops were expressed as an scFv library on the surface of yeast and assayed for binding to 10.17DT immunogen. The number of mismatches is the number of amino acids with an enrichment score of less then -0.2. The compatibility score is the sum of enrichment scores for the entire sequence. Antibodies recombinantly expressed and characterized in Figs 4 and S7highlighted in green.
