We quantify the effects of FAK inhibition on porcine cells at the cellular and transcriptomic level using single-cell RNA-sequencing. We characterize fibrotic porcine dermal cells and compare them to regenerative cells and also unwounded tissue. scRNA-seq was performed on porcine cells collected from multiple pigs subjected to full thickness wounds with split thickness skin grafting (STSG). STSG treated with FAK inhibitor and unwounded skin cells were collected as well.
