To find potential biomarkers and molecular mechanism for placenta accreta spectrum disorders , we identified the differently expressed patterns of lncRNAs and mRNAs in invasive placneta and adherent normal placenta tissues. The results provided a novel insight into the pathogenesis of placenta accreta spectrum disorders . Overall design: In this study, we identified the differential expression profile of lncRNAs to identify novel targets of the further study of PAS. Five lncRNAs were chosen for qRT-PCR validation. To further identify the functions of dysregulated lncRNAs and corresponding mRNAs, we did function enrichment analysis, subgroup analysis and correlation analysis.
