J.J. Macken, Judge of the Industrial Commission of New South Wales was appointed by the Governor on 14 March 1980 to conduct an Inquiry into the means of improving industrial relations in the Public Transport Commission of New South Wales, and to make appropriate recommendations.These are the working papers and transcripts of the Inquiry.
