The device comprises an air supply unit, an oil supply unit, a glass tube, a heater and a controller. The air supply unit and oil supply unit are respectively connected to the inlet of the glass tube via a gas transmission pipeline and an oil transmission pipeline, while the outlet of the glass tube is connected to the oil storage tank of the oil supply unit through a return oil pipeline. The glass tube is fitted with a heater, and the controller is used to regulate the air flow rate of the air supply unit, the oil flow rate of the oil supply unit and the heating temperature of the heater. The evaluation method is as follows: the lubricating oil in the oil storage tank is circulated through the glass tube, return oil pipeline and oil storage tank in sequence via a peristaltic pump, and air is introduced by the air supply unit to circulate together with the oil; the glass tube is heated to a preset temperature, during which the oil and air will undergo reactions such as oxidation, decomposition and polymerization as they pass through the high-temperature glass tube, and the generated oxides deposit on the inner wall of the glass tube, thereby simulating the oxidation resistance and service performance of the lubricating oil under high-temperature environments. This device has the advantages of simple operation and good repeatability of test data.
