HoneyBee is a large-scale high-quality CoT reasoning dataset with 2.5M examples consisting of 350K image-question pairs. The dataset is designed to improve the performance of vision-language models on reasoning tasks through specific data curation approaches. It includes questions and CoTs from different sources, as well as images. Models trained with HoneyBee outperform existing state-of-the-art models on a variety of tasks.
