Vacancy rate in selected North American office markets Q4 2021

Office vacancy rates increased across most markets in North America between the fourth quarter of 2020 and the fourth quarter 2021. Vancouver, Canada, was the market with the lowest vacancy rate, with seven percent office space unoccupied. Among the select U.S. markets, Madison, WI, had the lowest vacancy rate at 8.5 percent in that quarter.
