Gravitational Manipulation Theory v3.1 — H4 Separate-Custody Blinded Prospective Pre-Registration Package

This dataset records the H4 separate-custody blinded prospective pre-registration package for the Gravitational Manipulation Theory (GMT) v3.1 E1–E7 mechanism-verification program. H4 was created after the H3 post-approval execution attempt terminated fail-closed before the registered scientific workflow could begin. H4 is not a retry or a new version of H3. It uses a newly generated seed root, a new encryption key, a separately generated encrypted manifest package, and a newly fixed pre-registration record. The deposited public materials contain: 1. GMT_v3.1_H4_prereg_spec.json — the public H4 pre-registration specification and hash commitments;2. H4_encrypted_package.bin — the encrypted held-out seed and 54-cell manifest package;3. GMT_v3.1_H4_Custodian_Freeze_Manifest.json — the custodian-side generator and reveal-harness freeze commitments;4. GMT_v3.1_H4_Reveal_Harness_Freeze_Bundle.zip — the pre-verified, hash-pinned reveal harness bundle. The H4 specification commits to 54 held-out synthetic cells, including six pre-designated null controls. Before approval, the seed root, individual seed leaves, seed paths, plaintext manifest, and decryption key remain withheld. Only their cryptographic commitments and the encrypted package are published. No retry or post-outcome rule modification is permitted. At the time of this deposit, the H4 encrypted package has not been decrypted by the analysis side and the registered E1–E7 tests have not been executed. No H4 scientific outcome, terminal decision, checkpoint digest, or execution result is reported in this record. This dataset concerns a synthetic representative mechanism-verification workflow using TEST_ANCHOR and test approver keys. It does not establish physics-kernel integration, experimental confirmation, measured-data validation, independent certification, security certification, production qualification, or completion of GMT v3.1.
