A curated public genome and comparative annotation resource for the genus Liberibacter

This dataset contains derived comparative genomics outputs for publicly available Liberibacter genomes and related nucleotide records. The package includes source accession manifests, genome quality-control tables, standardized annotation summaries, pangenome matrices, ANI outputs, core phylogeny files, prophage/mobile element annotations, defense-system annotations, surfaceome and candidate screening tables, figure source data, data dictionaries, and workflow provenance summaries. Raw public NCBI genome and nucleotide sequences are not redeposited as newly generated data. They are represented by accession manifests and download summaries in the package. Third-party host reference databases used for homology screening are not redeposited; derived homology-screening results are included.
