Transcription of selected miombo timber species of a floristic inventory in Cuando-Cubango, Angola

This dataset includes the transcript records of a floristic inventory in Cuando-Cubango, Angola, published by Santos (1982). The records were transcribed and georreferenced to support a study about the conservation of Miombo timber species in that country. The dataset included records for only four species, Afzelia quanzensis, Guibourtia coleosperma, Julbernardia paniculata, and Pterocarpus angolensis, althouth more species are reported in the inventory. The records report observations between 1956 and 1973, in the south-east part of Angola.
