MiRNA sequencing in tissues of piglets infected with PRRSV

Here, to identify changes in miRNA expression and transcriptional differences in the lung, hilar lymph nodes, testis, and ovaries of piglets infected with PRRSV, we sequenced miRNAs in tissues of piglets infected and uninfected NADC30-Like PRRSV DJY strains (PRRSV-DJY). Finally, exploring tissue tropism of NADC30-Like porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus based on miRNA level analysis.
