We report the effects of VapC11 overexpression on Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain. VapC11 is a tRNase which specifically cleaves tRNA-Leu^CAG (leuT).Cells harbouring either pTetR (Control) or pTetR-vapC11 was used to understand the effect of VapC11 toxin overproduction on cellular transcriptome. Cells harbouring pTetR (Vector only) or pTetR-vapC11 were used for RNA-Seq analysis. Experiments were repeated twice for each strain. Data: Control samples were 1A and S8 (1A_R1 & 1A_R2; S8_R1 & S8_R2) ; Toxin overexpressing samples were 2A and S9 (2A_R1 & 2A_R2; S9_R1 & S9_R2).
