This study aimed to establish a proactive surveillance and mitigation program for zoonotic diseases by employing a One Health framework. All samples were screened for ten pathogens, including six viruses and four bacteria, using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). By integrating laboratory findings with risk survey data, the study explored potential zoonotic spillover events, transmission dynamics, and human behavioral patterns in high-risk areas, providing a comprehensive understanding of zoonotic disease risks and informing targeted intervention strategies..
