Homo sapiens Exome

The purpose of this study is to assess whether the CD19 monoclonal antibody, tafasitamab develop CD19 mutations.In brief, JeKo-1 xenografts mouse models were treated with either 1) 10 mg/kg/day of tafasitamab or 2) PBS. When the mice reached at the endpoints, mice were euthanized and spleens were harvested. JeKo-1 cells were isolated with the human CD20+ microbeads. These isolated JeKo-1 cells were assessed with whole-exome sequencing.
