Supporting information and detailed data for "Paleomagnetism and geochronology of the Late Jurassic volcanic rocks from the westernmost Lhasa terrane: Insights into the final closure of the Meso-Tethys Ocean"

Here we present a high-quality paleomagnetic result obtained from the ca. 147 Ma Zenong Group lavas in the Shiquanhe area of the westernmost Lhasa terrane. Our new paleomagnetic dataset passes all the seven quality criteria proposed by Van der Voo (1990) and Meert et al. (2020) and therefore can be considered reliable, providing a key constraint on the Late Jurassic paleolatitude of the Lhasa terrane.
