RV减速器正向设计与高效精密制造方法数据集主要面向机器人用RV减速器需求建设,开展RV减速器摆线轮齿面磨损量,RV 精密减速器啮合模型、修形数据、性能仿真数据,摆线轮复合齿形与等分孔相位匹配机制的多片成组齿面磨削工艺等研究,基于试验台与现场加工工艺,采集了研究相关的可视化资料数据、三维模型及数学模型,包括建模视频、实际加工图纸、检测报告,涵盖了从理论仿真到实验验证的完整RV减速器加工及性能数据,数据量634MB。
This dataset for forward design and efficient precision manufacturing methods of RV reducers is developed to meet the application demands of robot RV reducers. It centers on research topics including the tooth surface wear of cycloidal gears in RV reducers, the meshing models, profile modification data and performance simulation data of RV precision reducers, as well as the multi-piece grouped tooth surface grinding process mechanism for the phase matching between composite tooth profiles and equally divided holes of cycloidal gears. Based on test benches and on-site machining processes, it collects relevant visual data, 3D models and mathematical models, including modeling videos, actual processing drawings and inspection reports. It covers complete RV reducer processing and performance data spanning from theoretical simulation to experimental verification, with a total data volume of 634 MB.
