This project aims to elucidate the composition of T. cacao seed borne microbial endophytes, by evaluating different seedling germinated under sterile conditions and sequencing 16S rARN and ITS regions. The libraries were prepared for different T. cacao genotypes (regional, recently liberates and comercial) and different tissues (roots, leaves, cotyledons and stems).
