ALADDIN is a prospective birth cohort study that focuses on the impact of lifestyle and environmental factors during pregnancy and childhood on the development of allergic disease. To study the role of gut microbiota in the developement of allergic disease, faecal samples from infants were shot-gun sequenced. This study accession includes 91 additional infants to the 56 infants included in ALADDIN birth cohort.
