资源简介:
The Spodoptera litura, is a major invasive pest that seriously threatens world agricultural production and food security. Microorganisms play a crucial role in the growth and development of insects. However, the diversity and dynamics of symbiotic microbes with different environmental habitats, and diets in S. litura remain unclear. In this study, we found the changes of the microbiome of S. litura across their environmental habitats, and the bacteria were dominated by Proteobacteria and Firmicutes. The community composition of the Fuquan population had the highest community richness, and was dominated by Vagococcus and Enterococcus. The bacterial community compositions of four populaitions's body surface, and operational taxonomic units (ASVs) with abundant content were Serratia, Staphylococcus, Enterobacter, Enterobacteria, Enterococcus, Vagococcus and Stenotrophomonas ceae bacteria. The Dafang population's gut microbes mainly consist of Providencia. The Xingren Dafang population's gut microbes mainly consist of Serratia. The Fuquan population's gut harbored high proportions of Enterococcus, Cyanobium_PCC-6307 and Serratia. The Zunyi population's gut harbored high proportions of Bartonella and Apibacter. There was significant difference in gut microbial and body surface microbial composition between four field populations, and the insect without a stable bacteria. A total of 87 bacteria isolates belonging to 27 genera were isolated on media. Four populatons have not similar culturable bacteria. The gene functions such as Organismal Systems , environmental adaptation , Human Diseases and Organismal Systems more active in Fuquan population.
