Whole exome sequencing of parental and resistant cell lines to a selective CDK12 degrader

CDK12 is an emerging cancer therapeutic target. We developed a selective CDK12 degrader that spares its close homolog CDK13. To study resistance mechanism, cancer cell lines were exposed to gradually increasing concentrations of the degrader. Whole exome sequencing were used to identify genomic alterations that potentially conferred resistance.
