Spatial Transcriptomics data for reproducibility of "BEASTsim - A Benchmarking and Analysis platform for Spatial Transcriptomics Simulations"

This dataset contains the preprocessed spatial transcriptomics data used in the paper "BEASTsim — A Benchmarking and Analysis Platform for Spatial Transcriptomics Simulations".It includes both the real dataset and simulated datasets generated using different spatial transcriptomics simulation techniques. Each zip file corresponds to a specific dataset type and simulation method combination and contains preprocessed data as used in the benchmarking analyses described in the paper.
