全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查数据库

全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查数据库是由卫生部于2001年6月至2004年底组织建立，记录了全国31个省、自治区、直辖市人体重要寄生虫病流行现状的调查数据。该数据库包含钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫等土源性线虫、蛲虫和带绦虫感染，华支睾吸虫感染，包虫病等12种寄生虫病的全国总感染率和地区分布、人群分布信息。调查覆盖687个县（市）、108个大中城市，总调查人数约为127万人，获得数据约5367万项。National Database on the Prevalence of Important Human Parasitic Diseases was established by the Ministry of Health between June 2001 and the end of 2004. It contains survey data on the prevalence of major human parasitic diseases across China's 31 provinces, autonomous regions and centrally administered municipalities. This database houses information on national overall infection rates, regional distribution and demographic distribution of 12 types of parasitic diseases, including soil-transmitted nematodes such as hookworm, roundworm and whipworm, pinworm infection, Taenia infection, Clonorchis sinensis infection, and echinococcosis. The survey covered 687 counties (cities) and 108 large and medium-sized cities, with a total of approximately 1.27 million participants surveyed and about 53.67 million data records collected.
