A study on composting at low temperatures

This study conducted a large-scale field experiment, and two main objectives were addressed: (1) to determine the optimal reflux ratio and quantify the beneficial effects on composting performance; and (2) to explore the potential mechanisms driving rapid composting start-up at low temperatures from physical, chemical, and biological perspectives.
