Gold standard alignments between Ciqual food product terms fully indexed in Langual and FoodOn food concepts

This dataset contains a Gold standard alignments between Ciqual food product terms and FoodOn food concepts. It is a selection of 181 food products from Ciqual fully described in LanguaL by ANSES. Each food product has been manually aligned with the closest concept in the SIREN subpart of FoodOn and associated FoodOn family. It was not possible to find a closest food product in FoodOn (only possible for 73 food products), but it was always possible to find a closest family. Two files are available in ths dataset: Gold Standard 181 contains 181 food products from Ciqual and associated Langual description, and closest family in the SIREN subpart of FoodOn. Gold standard 73 contains the subset of the 181 food products from Ciqual and closest food product in the SIREN subpart of FoodOn.
