A dataset of bioinformatics and supplementary and primative data for SIRT3 reguation during sepsis acute lung injury.

Supplementary Material 1-4: By analyzing GSE226807 using GEO2R, we obtained 7516 DEGs: expression of 3534 genes were upregulated and expression of 3982 genes were downregulated . The GO analysis showed the most significant enrichment terms to be “inflammation response”, “cell surface”, “calcium ion binding” individually for biological processes, cell component, and molecular function. The KEGG analysis showed that cAMP signaling pathway was one of the major enrichment pathways for CLP-related DEGs. We identified 2030 mitochondrial genes from MitoCarta 3.0 database（https://www.broadinstitute.org/mitocarta/mitocarta30-inventory-mammalian-mitochondrial-proteins-and-pathways）, which intersected with 7516 DEGs, and finally we obtained 454 mitochondria-related DEGs: 161 showed upregulated expression and 293 showed downregulated expression, and found SIRT3 gene showed downregulated expression . The file style is .xlsx.Supplementary figures and legends: The file has showed the bioinformatics results as describtion and the results of western blot and histologic analysis of lung tissues, which underlying the dosage of 3-TYP caused no significant changes to lung function.
