An inflammatory cell model was established by adding lipopolysaccharides (LPS) to rat aortic VSMCs. Cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay, intracellular reactive oxygen species levels were detected by DCFH-DA dye assay, the effects of DPB on VSMC proliferation and migration were determined by scratch assay and Transwell assay, mRNA levels of relevant inflammatory factors were detected by RT qPCR, and protein levels of relevant pathways were detected by Western blot.
