Structural MRI Prediction and Imaging–Transcriptomic Analysis for VVIQ Score

This dataset includes the core data, MATLAB code, and figure source files used to reproduce the structural MRI prediction and imaging–transcriptomic analyses reported in the manuscript titled "[Insert manuscript title here]." The analyses focus on predicting VVIQ scores from structural brain imaging data and linking these predictions to gene-expression profiles using a combination of morphometric signatures and transcriptomic data.
