Abundance matrix of all clusters with at least one near complete genome (NC) from Almeida et al benchmark dataset that was binned using VAMB. <br>Abundance of each cluster was determined from jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths based on the alignments. The weighted average was determined for each bin in a cluster weighting the read abundance with contig lengths. Hereafter, the abundance of the clusters was determined as the sum of each bin in the particular cluster. <br>
