This is a data intelligence software developed based on technologies including Internet information aggregation, text mining and intelligent retrieval. It is designed to discover public opinion information on the Internet, conduct automatic classification, intelligent filtering, automatic clustering, topic detection and statistical analysis on such information, realize intelligent identification and targeted tracking of hot topics and emergencies, assist governments, media, enterprises and public institutions to timely grasp the trends of online communication, and provide decision-making support for effectively responding to online public opinion incidents.

1. Public Opinion Monitoring: Taking cross-network public opinion monitoring as the core, it enables real-time discovery of public opinions across text, image and video modalities through multiple functions such as full-text retrieval, source retrieval and hot search monitoring.
2. Public Opinion Analysis: It covers 7 categories of big data analysis, namely cross-network event analysis, Weibo event analysis, Weibo communication effect analysis, competitor analysis, comment analysis, publicity effect analysis and emergency event analysis, which meets the diverse analysis demands of government and enterprise clients.
3. Public Opinion Early Warning: It intelligently identifies public opinion information based on pre-configured early warning criteria, with a minute-level early warning latency, ensuring that users can be notified of public opinion information in a timely manner.
4. Public Opinion Report Generation: It supports one-click fast generation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and also allows customization of professional reports by public opinion analysis experts.
