2、数据处理:对数据进行清洗,去除无效数据、极限数据。
3、数据加工:用SUM、COUNT函数计算出单客户订单消费均额(元)A、单客户消费频次B、客户平均消费频次C、客户平均消费金额(元)D,客户总系数K=消费金额系数K1(IF(A>D,0.5,0))+消费频次系数K2(IF(B>C,0.5,0))+区域系数K3(不同区域系数不同,如新疆客户K3为0.8),客户消费分数=单客户订单消费均额(元)A*客户总系数K/1000,用PERCENTRANK对客户消费分数排名,消费分数排名X在[100%,80%]评为高端客户,在(80%,30%]评为中端客户,在(30,0%]评为低端客户。

1. Data Collection: Gather data including order timestamps and product prices for domestic razor customers.
2. Data Preprocessing: Clean the dataset to remove invalid and outlier data.
3. Data Calculation & Processing: Use SUM and COUNT functions to calculate the following indicators: average per-customer order consumption amount (yuan) A, per-customer consumption frequency B, overall average customer consumption frequency C, and overall average customer consumption amount (yuan) D. The total customer coefficient K is calculated as K = consumption amount coefficient K1 (0.5 if A > D, otherwise 0) + consumption frequency coefficient K2 (0.5 if B > C, otherwise 0) + regional coefficient K3 (coefficients vary by region; for example, K3 for customers in Xinjiang is 0.8). The customer consumption score is computed as (A * K) / 1000. Rank the customer consumption scores using the PERCENTRANK function. Classify customers based on their consumption score rank X: high-end customers for rank X within [80%, 100%], mid-end customers for rank X within (30%, 80%], and low-end customers for rank X within (0%, 30%].
4. Data Application: Provide data support for personalized services targeting customers of different value tiers through graded customer management.
