By replacing traditional linear core-accretion timelines with a discrete topological model—the Unified Theory of Stationary Light (TSL)—we demonstrate that macro-scale matter distribution is governed by a Mod-9 invariant vacuum field rather than random stochastic accumulation. Utilizing the 450-coordinate matrix, a 7-cycle temporal regulator, and pilot-wave resonance equations, we prove that planetary chemical uniformity across extended orbital radii is a direct consequence of vacuum stiffness and system-wide topological closure.
