Data and code for: Publication and results posting of completed trials of 14 dietary supplement ingredients registered on ClinicalTrials.gov - a cross-sectional study with manually verified publication status

Data and analysis code for a cross-sectional study of results availability (registry posting or journal publication) of completed ClinicalTrials.gov trials of 14 dietary supplement ingredients, with publication status verified by manual search and validation of automated registry-publication linkage. The main archive (Results_availability_supplement_trials_2026-11-01.zip) contains the analysis plan fixed before any trial was classified (with its SHA-256 digest), fields extracted from the 418 completed ClinicalTrials.gov records, the per-trial classification with evidence (PMID/DOI) and matching basis, the second author's check and its reconciliation, the WHO ICTRP count of trials registered elsewhere, and the Python code for the analysis, tables, figures and numeric audit.
