RNA expression profile of early chick development from the time of egg laying (stage EG XII) to 20 hours into development (stage HH5) at 5 hour intervals.

This study reports a RNA expression time course of early chick development from the time of egg laying (EGXXII) to 20 hours into development which stage the embryos have reached stage HH5. Samples were prepared every 5 hours, followed by mRNA isolation, reverse transcription and Illumina sequencing.
