A combination of growth factors and cytokines alter mouse fetal liver and placental gene expression profiles.

This study investigated the effects of preimplantation exposure to combined Growth factors and cytokines in vitro, and their subsequent effects on embryonic and fetal development, including the impact on fetal liver and placental transcriptomes. mRNA profiles of D14.5 murine fetal liver and placental tissues either developed in vitro, or cultured at 5% oxygen in the presence or absence of combined growth factors and cytokines.
