16s RNA sequences for lime concretion black soil

Soil was sampled from a 36-year-old fertilizer trial and the 5 fertilization treatments comprised non-fertilization(CK) , application of single chemical fertilizer(NPK), application of single organic fertilizer(OM), mixed application organic and chemical fertilizer with the same amount of nitrogen (M1NPK), mixed application of organic and chemical fertilizer with the larger amount of nitrogen(M2NPK). The size of the total bacterial community were greatly affected by the fertilization regimes, especially by the organic fertilizers.
