资源简介:
Symbiotic fungi natively participate in the whole life process of Orchids plants including from seed germination, seedling development and the mature orchid growth. Dendrobium officinale Kimura & Migo (Orchidaceae)is a rare, highly precious traditional Chinese medicinal herb, with high ornamental and medicinal values on neuroprotection, gastroprotection, anti-inflammation, and immunity enhancement, and the inhibition of tumorgenesis. However, artificial breeding using tissue culture technology in Dendrobium industry, which inevitably impaired or paralyzed the ability of Dendrobium to maintain relationships with mycorrhizal fungi or interact with them. In this study the fungal community in the roots of D. officinale cultivated in four modes were analyzed using high-throughput sequencing, which including three epiphytic cultivation from living tree(Ginkgo, Jujube, and Pear trees) and one greenhouse cultivation mode in elevated bed. Correlation analyses were performed between bioactive compound polysaccharides and microbial community structure in D. officinale
