资源简介:
This Zenodo depot provides 2 main Antares studies, loosely corresponding to the “National Trends 2040” scenario of the Ten Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP), published by the European Network of electricity Transmission System Operator (ENTSO-E).
- The first study (Antares_TYNDP.zip) aims to help onboarding with the Open Source simulation tool Antares, on a representative, practical application for European users (TSOs, industry, public bodies, academics). As such, some simplifications have been made, and its outputs should hence not be considered robust and suitable for policy recommendations. The simplifications are the following:
o Installed capacities correspond to the scenario "National Trends 2040".
o The full geographical scope of the TYNDP is not represented, parts of Eastern Europe have been removed.
o Compared to the model considered in the TYNDP, the Hydrogen system is represented in a simplified way (single European node, only H2 production means is electrolysis, which stops producing beyond a power price threshold).
- The second study (NT2040.zip and SENS.zip) contain the Antares simulations supporting the submitted paper "Incentive distortion by electrolysis subsidies: can future electricity systems count on flexibility from the hydrogen system?". These datasets have a more detailed modelling of the Hydrogen system.
o Installed capacities correspond to TYNDP 2024 data. Geographical granularity matches European bidding zones for the power system and countries for the hydrogen system. The full geographical scope of the TYNDP is not represented. For the purpose of the afferent study, electrolysis modelling was modified to represent operation incentive distortion by fixed premia for different levels.
o Data is split in two files: one for studies of the paper's NT2040 scenarios, and one for sensitivity (SENS) scenarios. Each of these files contains four Antares models (one per electrolysis premium level, spanning 0, 1, 2 and 3 EUR/kg). Each of the eight models contains simulation outputs which can be used to reproduce the paper's figures with the following code repository: https://github.com/Arnauld-GUILLOTIN-RTE/electrolysis_premia_distortion
