Dataset for 'Differences in allele frequencies of personality-related genes in three varieties of Shiba Inu in Japan.'

This data was used in the paper 'Differences in allele frequencies of personality-related genes in three varieties of Shiba Inu in Japan' (currently submitted). The BED file shows positions in the top 1% of Fst values and phenotypes (which variety pairs they correspond to). The VCF file is extracted from the original VCF file using the BED file.
