In this study, we applied the co-application of digestate and biochar to the soil incubation and investigated the following aspects: 1) the effects of the co-application of digestate and biochar on the physicochemical properties of paddy soil; 2) the emission trends of GHGs N2O, CH4, and CO2 over time; and 3) the absolute quantitative sequencing of 16S rRNA to analyze the changes in microbial communities, explaining the changes in GHGs from the perspective of microbial mechanisms.
