Enhanced accuracy of NIRS-vascular occlusion testing through incorporation of conduit artery diameter

This dataset contains near-infrared spectroscopy with vascular occlusion testing (NIRS-VOT) data collected from 16 healthy participants at the NIH Clinical Center. The data include dynamic tissue oxygenation responses during occlusion and reperfusion, along with baseline brachial artery diameter measurements used as a covariate. These data support analyses examining the influence of conduit artery size on NIRS-VOT perfusion parameters and inter-individual variability.
