Impact Strategy Development: Organisational Goals

<p dir="ltr">This tool supports the development and monitoring of impact goals for organisations, particularly those relating to organisational changes within academic units that can foster societal impact. It includes examples of organisation-oriented goals, respective action points and indicators to serve as inspiration, and an exercise to help draft goals.</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Who can primarily benefit from this tool?</b><br>Individuals and teams directly involved in the process of developing, implementing and/or evaluating impact strategies in their school.<br></p><p dir="ltr"><b>In which context is this tool useful?</b><br>This tool is part of the Impact Strategy Development Toolkit. Use this tool to consider potential goals for your school during impact strategy development. While the tool follows the language and organisation within Erasmus University Rotterdam, it can also be used in other contexts and institutes with appropriate adaptations to these other environments.</p>
