Individual level phenotype data and molecular data for all GECCO Cohort top-level study and sub-study are available by requesting Authorized Access to the NCI GECCO Cohort http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001078study. This study was included as part of a GWAS consortium. The Health Professionals Follow-up Study (HPFS) has 51,529 male participants, born 1910 to 1946, who were recruited via a mailed questionnaire.
