The aim of this study was to explore the role of professional learning communities in strengthening collective teacher efficacy among public primary school teachers in Selangor, Malaysia. For this purpose cluster random sampling approach was used for data collection and data was collected from 307 teachers using following research instrument: Professional Learning Communities Assessment - Revised, Collective Teacher Belief Scale, and Omnibus T-Scale (Faculty trust in colleagues part). Both Bahasa Malay and English version of the instruments were used for data collection. Data analysis was done using statistical software SmartPLS4. The findings supported direct, significant, and positive relationship between professional learning communities and collective teacher efficacy. Also, teachers' trust in colleagues emerged as a significant mediator of the relationship.
