Impact of sickle mutant and temperature on structure of transcripts and RNAs from Arabidopsis thaliana.

RNAseq profiling of Arabidopsis thaliana Columbia-0 wild type and sickle-3 mutant seedlings grown under 28 and 16 degrees Celsius. The goal was to identify how the RNA pool is altered by the interaction between temperature and the sickle mutant.
